Premium Listings increase visibility but do not:

• Guarantee bookings
• Guarantee first position
• Remove competing listings
• Affect review scores
• Override search relevance

Search results continue to prioritise the best experience for customers by considering multiple ranking factors alongside promotional placement.

Owner Responsibilities

Premium Owners remain responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate availability
• Responding promptly to enquiries
• Honouring confirmed bookings
• Keeping pricing current
• Providing safe, clean and well-maintained equipment
• Maintaining positive customer service

Subscription Changes

Owners may:

• Upgrade their Premium plan
• Downgrade their subscription
• Cancel at any time (subject to the subscription terms)

Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Suspension of Premium Benefits

Local Hire Marketplace may suspend or remove Premium benefits where an Owner:

Premium Listings increase visibility but do not:

• breaches Marketplace Terms
• repeatedly cancels bookings
• receives significant customer complaints
• uploads misleading information
• lists prohibited items
• engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct

Premium Listings are designed to improve exposure only.

Booking success depends on many factors, including:

• demand
• location
• pricing
• reviews
• availability
• listing quality
• customer preferences
